FEATURES
- Offers all the popular soft serve variations from low to non-fat ice creams or yogurt. Serve two separate soft serve flavors, or an equal combination of both in a twist.
- Mix Hopper - Separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains mix below 41ºF (5ºC) in Auto and Standby modes.
- Indicator Lights - Mix Low and Mix Out indicators alert the operator to add more mix. An audible alarm can be activated to sound when the mix is running low. If the Mix Out indicator is illuminated, the unit will automatically shut down to prevent damage
- Electronic Controls - Microprocessor touch controls are integrated and monitor product quality. Temperatures in the hopper and freezing cylinder are displayed at any point during operation
- Standby - During long no-use periods, the Standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder
- Two Locking Casters – Front casters have a locking feature for operators to keep equipment in place. The lock can be released to move the equipment for cleaning
