Three, 30 quart (28.4 liter). Separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains mix below 41ºF (5ºC).
Lights indicate when mix is low in the hopper.
Ribbon of frozen product flows down chute to separate dipping cabinet. Easily removable for cleaning or moving dipping cabinet.
Convenient dials with easy to read markings allow operator to adjust the correct amount of mix flowing into freezing cylinder for proper consistency.
To protect users from accidental injury: Beater motor will not rotate unless door is in place and finger guards installed in opening of dispensing door.
Batch Ice Cream Freezer
Serve homemade, low or medium overrun ice cream, gelato, sorbet or Italian ice. Fruits, candies and nuts can be folded in as product is being drawn into your container. Product may be ejected at temperatures low enough for serving, depending on mix formulation, flavorings and overrun desired. Convenient funnel provided.Details >
