Rockton, IL USA
Taylor Company will be creating buzz at the 2015 National Restaurant Association Show with the MagnaBlendTM Frozen Beverage Blending Station, which will be featured at the Taylor booth No. 4414 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois, May 16-19, 2015. A division of Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, Inc., Taylor Company is an industry leader in foodservice equipment and is a part of UTC Building & Industrial Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).
MagnaBlend is an easy-to-use blended beverage station that delivers consistent quality products, meeting high-volume demands and increased profitability. MagnaBlend allows restaurant operators to expand their menu and respond to customers' demand for variety and customization while maximizing profits and keeping costs down.
"Frozen beverages offer a significant profit opportunity for restaurant operators," said Patricia Bennett, senior director, global marketing, Taylor Company. "The MagnaBlend station is perfect for operators looking to keep up with consumer demand by increasing production without having to increase manpower and floor space or purchase extra materials. With the MagnaBlend station, operators can consistently deliver delicious blended beverages."
The MagnaBlend station integrates a blender, shaved ice dispenser, and rinse station into one machine, eliminating the need to use multiple prep areas. With a nine second blend time, the machine redefines efficiency and increases speed of service. The small counter-top blending station has the capability to store programmed drink recipes, resulting in flexibility and efficiency for operator training. A programmable menu makes it easy to distribute custom beverage recipes to the operator's network with a convenient USB port built into the machine.
Rather than using direct-contact gear mechanisms that can wear down, the MagnaBlend station features patented magnetic technology designed to eliminate friction, seal out moisture and ensure dependable operation. The extra-large ice hopper holds approximately 28 pounds of cubed ice so the operator has to load less frequently for more efficient operations. The blender pitcher can produce two 16-ounce beverages within a nine second blending cycle. With the MagnaBlend station, the operator benefits from increased drink capacity, portion control and reduced product waste. Additionally, the operator has the ability to add fruit, probiotics and mix-ins to flavors and drink specials.
In addition to the MagnaBlend, Taylor Company will feature a variety of other foodservice equipment innovations available to restaurant operators interested in increasing speed of service while expanding their menu. The Taylor grill line features the latest in efficiency, safety and productivity. Taylor’s two-sided grill allows operators to produce on-trend offerings at an expedited pace to keep up with the competition. Additionally, Taylor's soft serve machines feature the latest in sweet treat innovation and allow operators to capitalize on one of the most recent foodservice trends. National Restaurant Association show attendees can stop by booth No. 4414 for soft serve samples, MagnaBlend samples, and a look and taste of what's cooking on the grill.
