* According to tests performed by an independent certified laboratory, the fourteen day cleaning period for Taylor heat treatment equipment does not present an environment where significant bacteria can present itself (at the end of the fourteen day period, analysis of the soft serve mix showed no significant signs of Aerobic Plate Count, Coliform, or Pseudomonas bacteria) when proper sanitary and personal hygiene practices are followed in conjunction with the instructions provided in Taylor’s standard Operator’s Manual (including but not limited to the daily use of the equipment’s stand-by refrigeration feature when the equipment is not in active use).
