When food is removed, the heaters recover quickly to ready the grill for the next item. Touch-free platens close and open automatically for food and operator safety. * According to tests performed by an independent certified laboratory, the seven day cleaning period for Taylor heat treatment soft serve equipment does not present an environment where significant bacteria can present itself (at the end of the seven day period, analysis of the soft serve mix showed no significant signs of Aerobic Plate Count, Coliform, or Pseudomonas bacteria) when proper sanitary and personal hygiene practices are followed in conjunction with the instructions provided in Taylor’s standard Operator’s Manual (including but not limited to the daily use of the equipment’s stand-by refrigeration feature when the equipment is not in active use). However, always follow local health codes.

Heat Treatment Combination

The Heat Treatment system provides a daily heating and cooling cycle to safely maintain dairy products up to two weeks before a complete disassembly and cleaning is required. Heat Treatment freezers address food safety, product waste, maintenance and repair cost concerns.
